Our main focus as a “Therapeutic” Day Spa is to educate, change opinions, eliminate pain and stress, refocus/regroup, and simply help you to live a healthier, happier life by creating the ultimate therapeutic experience for each individual that walks through the door. Every person is different and has different needs when they enter our Spa. Our job is to listen and target those needs so that when they leave they know that we did everything we were able to do to help with whatever was ailing them.
We offer a variety of additional education classes to help you continue your health maintenance at home. Below is a list of classes currently being offered. We are always open to suggestions for additional classes and love to hear your feedback.

Both men and women, old and young alike can benefit from our services. One of the many fantastic things about this business is we are not limited to a certain time in a person’s life. Everyone from all walks of life face different stress factors: physical or mental pain, lack of sleep, internal inflammation, strained muscles, etc. and would benefit from a therapeutic massage.
History and Background
Heal-N-U Therapeutic Day Spa is owned and operated by Chrissy Larsen. It was originally operated under the name European Day Spa which was purchased from European Tanning in 2006 and was formerly located at 1540 E. Fairview Ave. in Meridian, Idaho. It now resides at 1756 W. Cherry Lane, Suite 100, in Meridian, Idaho (Located behind Pizza Hut and next door to Total Woman Fitness). In November of 2011 we relocated to our current location and changed the name to Heal-N-U Therapeutic Day Spa to be able to direct our focus on the healing arts and preventative health care. We work in correlation with multiple Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, Health Spas, Healthcare Providers, Personal Trainers and Nutrition Centers.
